Medical Bulletin for ACME 1.0 Update

A major update has been received for ACME with many changes and additions including ETT, changes in cannulation, and head injury changes.

What's new?

For all of the personnel in 16MR and TMW (Flight Medics), there are plenty of new features including but not limited to: - More realistic cannulation - Sedation and Paralytics - Endotracheal Intubation and Laryngoscopy - Mechanical Ventilation - Chest Seal Burping - Iatrogenic Pneumothoracies - More functionality with infusions and push medications - ACF realistic veins - TBI changes (TBI recovery with reducing ICP and MAP >65) - Medical Menus and Categorisations
